Do You Have Licensed Realtors? YES!

This means that our agents must abide by the Realtor code of ethics and are fully licensed.

Does Your Company Buy Properties

Sometimes

We specialize in providing our sellers with options outside of the traditional brokerage model. The owner then get's to choose what is the best option for them. Most of the homes that are purchased directly are through our investor network, although we do buy some ourselves.

How Many Investors Do You Work With

Variable

The number fluctuates, but we can generally send your property to 20+ investors, depending on the property. This varies by the property specifics. Some properties will go out to 50-100 investors if it fits their buying criteria. 

Can I List My Property + Get A Cash Offer

YES!

We can list your property on the MLS and customize your marketing. We can also send your property information to our investors and get you a cash offer to fall back on. 

Can I Be One Of Your Investors?

YES!

There is a vetting process involved, but we work with investors of all sizes. 

Do You Fund Repairs?

Yes

We can partner with our sellers to repair and/or upgrade their home to get it market ready. 


The Tough Questions

Will I Always Get Multiple Cash Offers?

NO

Depending on the specifics of your property, many investors may choose not to submit an offer. It could be any number of factors involved. 

Do You Buy Vacant Land & Mobile Homes?

YES

We have a number of investors looking for vacant land, mobile homes and even trailer parks. 

Are Cash Offers Competitive With MLS?

Sometimes

It really depends on the home, the location, expected appreciation, etc. As a general rule, investors will offer less than you can typically attain from listing it on the open market. However, we have seen some investors pay over market value for properties they intend to hold for many years. 

What About Tenant Occupied Homes?

YES

Many investors prefer to purchase tenant occupied homes over vacant homes.
